Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at JBR Cart. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-7 business days across India.
  • Kerala Delivery: Faster delivery options are available for customers within Kerala.
  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email or SMS once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

JBR Cart is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Damages during Transit

If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately to file a claim.

  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods.
  • Take a photo or video of the damaged product and send it to jbrcart@gmail.com or via our WhatsApp support.
  • Note: For Superfan products, since they come with a 5-year on-site warranty, any technical issues after installation will be supported by the brand's official service team.
